i HAVE LOST THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT GIVE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO SEASON THIS SKILLET - AS IT WAS RECOMMENDED EVERY 6MONTHS

Here are the instructions to seasoning the Cuisinart Green Gourmet pans:

Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees. Take about 1/2 Tablespoon of vegetable oil and spread it all around the interior of the pan - all the way up to the rim. Place the pan into the preheated oven and let it "bake" for 1 hour. Take it out and let it cool completely. When cool, wipe it out with a paper towel.

No, the Cusinart Green Gourmet Fry Pans are not induction capable. The Cuisinart pans that are induction capable include: CUISINART MultiClad Pro, CUISINART TRI-PLY Green Gourmet and the CUISINART Tri-Ply French Classic.
