Unfortunately, this unit does not have the ability to toast sliced bread. No, it does not come in white.

This information comes straight from the manual:
1. Select a level surface that provides
enough open space for the intake an/or
outlet vents.
2. Do not remove the legs from the bottom
of the oven.
3. Leave a minimum clearance of 12 inches
(30cm) above the oven. A minimum
clearance of 3.0 (8cm) inches is required
between the oven and any adjacent
walls. One side must be open.

The total combined between heat and a low wattage blower is never going to be over 1000 watts.
